Refund & Cancellation Policy


Cancellation Process

In case the Applicant desires for cancellation of the booking before the execution of the Agreement for Sale, at any time, 10% of the unit cost being the processing cost shall be charged and balance, if any, shall be refunded without any interest. After the execution of the Agreement for Sale, the terms and conditions of the Agreement for Sale shall prevail for cancellation.

Registration Charges

All the costs relating to stamp duty and other incidental charges, as applicable, for registration of Agreement for Sale, etc., shall be paid separately by the Allotted(s) before possession, as demanded by the Company.


Payment schedule


1. Booking Amount On Application 5Lakhs
2. Total Land Cost On the Day of Registration Deduct Booking Amount
3. 1st Installment On Completion of Foundation 30% of Total Cost
4. 2nd Installment On Completion of Ground Floor 25% of Total Cost
5. 3rd Installment On Completion of First Floor Slab Casting 25% of Total Cost
6. 4th Installment On Completion of Flooring 15% of Total Cost
7. 5th Installment On or before the date of Possession 5% of Total Cost
